During the YOGI YOGA program your children will learn:

  • Good posture (Asanas): Postures that are made fun, the candlestick, the Lion
  • Breathing (Pranayama): Take big balloon belly breathes
  • Positive thinking: To change I Can’t, to I Can
  • Meditation: Concentrating and focusing on poses
  • Relaxation: Relaxing from head to toe!

 

At the end of the program, all of the children will be rewarded with a participation certificate with a photo of them and the group!
